The delivery time for packages within Germany is 1-2 working days, within the EU 5-7 working days.

The packages are sent with DHL.

Within Germany:

You pay €3.90 per order for packaging and shipping. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €22.

Delivery to German islands can not .

In the EU:

For orders within the EU, we charge a flat rate of €9.90 per delivery for packaging and shipping.

Shipping costs are waived for orders over €80.

Payment for the order is possible via Paypal, credit card or AmazonPay .

Your invoice is always included in the confirmation email you received from us. You still can't find it or have you deleted the email? Write us an email at info@ruthex.de with your order number and we will send you your invoice again.

Has the package still not arrived after several days, no notification has been left for you and the package has not been delivered to your neighbors? In this case, please contact our customer service at info(at)ruthex.de. We will then check the whereabouts of your package and, if necessary, initiate an investigation.

You must pack the goods with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged in transit.

You should obtain proof of postage and keep it until you receive the refund or replacement.

The returned products will be processed within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays) upon receipt.

1. You fill out the return form above, specifying your order number, what you are returning, your email address and so on. The more you provide in the form, the faster and easier the return will be for you and of course for us too

2. You will then receive a link via email to create your free return label

3. You take the packaged and labeled shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and then receive a receipt for your return shipment

4. We will receive notification of your return and will refund the invoice amount as quickly as possible
