Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press-in nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through hole.
đ§ FIRM HOLD WITH EASY USE: Thanks to the geometry of the threaded sleeve, it holds firmly in the printed part. The opposite spiral-shaped knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque, as well as a high tightening force. The guide has made insertion much easier.
đ§ STABLE & DURABLE SCREW THREADS: The inserts with internal threads are made of the highest quality brass, which ensures optimal corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each press-in nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. The reusability of the screw-in threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the printed part when they are no longer needed.
đ§ SUITABLE FOR VARIOUS PLASTIC: The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold, for example, in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many more. As soon as the plastic of the part around the brass sleeve cools down and hardens again, the internally threaded sleeve is firmly anchored.

The thread inserts are delivered in a practical assortment box. The threaded sleeves can be inserted using ultrasound and heat embedding.

Ich bin zwar noch ein absoluter Neuling, was das 3D-Drucken und Dartspielen angeht, aber ich hatte trotzdem direkt vollen Erfolg! Das hab ich vor allem den perfekten Dateien und der super Anleitung zu verdanken.

Irgendwann kommt beim 3D-Drucken der Punkt, wo man GewindeeinsÀtze braucht. Und man hat nie die passenden... Und deshalb bringt man viele Projekte nie zu Ende. Tut euch einen Gefallen, holt euch dieses Set, holt euch die dazugehörigen Spitzen. Und fangt an mit GewindeeinsÀtzen zu drucken. Es macht so hart Bock
Die GewindeeinsÀtze von ruthex sind qualitativ sehr gut. Sie lassen sich hervorragend in das Material (ich habe bisher nur PLA und PTEG gedruckt) einbringen. Es entsteht auch kein unschöner Rand wie bei vergleichbaren Billigprodukten aus Fernost.
Selbst (nur) mit einem normalen Lötkolben ist ein akkurates Arbeiten möglich und die EinsÀtze lassen sich leicht und prÀzise positionieren.
Mein Fazit: GewindeeinsĂ€tze von ruthex sind Tip Top đđŒđ und absolut zu empfehlen!
